    I have 15+ years counseling and guiding people in their journeys to adjust to an illness or injury. I have experience working with individuals with physical, invisible, sensory, neuro divergent, cognitive, learning and/or behavioral health conditions.

    I can provide help during necessary leaves of absence from work (e.g. FMLA and short- or long-term disability leaves of absence). I will support you with decision making, problem-solving, so you can be your own best advocate.

  • Difficult or impactful life changes such as moving, relationship transitions, or career changes can be stressful. Change is universally hard, even if it is welcome change. I’ll offer support and stress reduction skills to help you adapt to new or challenging life circumstances.

  • Trauma is a psychological reaction to an intensely distressing experience. Trauma can be of single origin or complex and cumulative. I will surrport your healing after threatening or stressful events.
